How to Use

Professional procedure overview: Read and follow the current RefectoCil instructions supplied with the product before performing the treatment.

1. Prepare: Clean the brow area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover. Follow with RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove remaining oil and surfactant residue. Ensure the skin and hairs are dry.
2. Shape: Brush the eyebrow hairs into the desired position using a suitable spoolie.
3. Step 1 – Lash & Brow Perm: Apply the perm solution to the brow hairs in the direction of the desired style, minimizing contact with surrounding skin. Follow the manufacturer's standard processing time of 6 minutes.
4. Remove Step 1: Carefully remove the perm solution with a dry cotton pad or cotton swab, following the direction of the hairs.
5. Step 2 – Neutralizer: Apply the neutralizer using a separate clean brush. Follow the manufacturer's standard processing time of 4 minutes.
6. Remove Step 2: Remove the neutralizer with a damp cotton pad and thoroughly cleanse the brow area with RefectoCil Saline Solution.
7. Optional Tinting: If appropriate, apply a compatible RefectoCil eyebrow tint according to the manufacturer's instructions. RefectoCil specifies a reduced processing time of approximately 3 minutes after lamination.
8. Finish: Remove the tint if used, then gently brush the brow hairs into the desired final style.
