Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Important: Items purchased with a discount code may not be eligible for return. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (when applicable).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Then contact your credit card company (posting times can vary).
  • Next, contact your bank (processing times can vary).

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items / Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To request an exchange for the same item, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (when applicable).
  • If returning items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
