This specialized formula can lighten eyebrows by up to 3 shades, creating naturally blonde brows or preparing dark brows for lighter tint applications. Lightening Levels by Application Time

5 minutes: One shade lighter
12 minutes: Two shades lighter
20 minutes: Three shades lighter

How to Use

Step 1: Preparation

Cleanse eyebrows with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free, and completely dry.

Step 2: Mix & Apply

Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream. Mix for at least 2 minutes until creamy. If needed, add more Oxidant drops. Apply evenly to eyebrows.

Step 3: Application Time

Leave on for 5-20 minutes depending on desired lightening level (see chart above).

Step 4: Remove

Remove bleaching paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.

Patch test required 48-72 hours before application

Professional Use & Patch Test

A patch test is mandatory 48-72 hours prior to application. Mix 1 cm paste with 5 drops Oxidant and apply to inner elbow or behind ear. Allow to dry and leave uncovered for 48-72 hours. If any irritation occurs, do not proceed with treatment.
